My own kitchen test

I did a test on OvaEasy whole egg, a fresh egg, and powdered egg. I cooked these by them selves in my home. Put the finished product on separate plates. Powdered egg was brown and was awful, could not finish eating it. OvaEasy whole egg and fresh egg cooked up same color and texture and taste. -Peggy

OvaEasy Whole Eggs

Hello, Bought the 3, #10 cans containing pouches of 12 eggs each. Found the first two pouches were a bit short of a dozen....10.5 to 11 eggs each rather than 12. I use an accurate tablespoon measure, leveled. Not sure why this is? Perhaps the product is packing when scooped from the pouch? Didn't have this issue with the larger However, overall, on taste, texture and eye appeal, it's a 5 Star product! One suggestion...would it be possible for you to make the pouches resealable? We use a half of a pouch at each time and it would help with getting and keeping the air out of the remainder, short term.
